For the rest of India, delivery may take 7-8 working days, depending on your location.
Damaged Goods: In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately on the same day of delivery with the unboxing clear photographs or video proof of the damaged goods. We will assist you in processing a refund, replacement, or exchange based on the situation.
Missing Items: If any items are missing from your package, please notify us immediately. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately on the same day of delivery with clear photographs or video proof of the missing goods.
Third-Party Couriers: We use reliable courier partners for all deliveries. However, external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, local issues or force majeure reasons may cause delivery delays. Ajmal Perfumes is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Tracking Issues: In some rare instances, tracking information may be temporarily unavailable. Please feel free to contact our support team if you encounter any delivery related issues.
Product Damaged During Shipping: If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service with your order details and photos/videos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. A refund, exchange, or replacement will be processed after a full review.
Incorrect Items Sent: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
